SafeCircle Support

SafeCircle is a private family locator: live map, place alerts, drive reports, SOS siren, and voice messages — synced through your own iCloud, with no company server.

Setup checklist

1. Every family phone: Settings → your name → signed in to iCloud → iCloud Drive ON.
2. One person creates the circle (enter name → Start my circle).
3. Circle tab → Invite to the circle → send the link by Messages.
4. Each member taps the link (or copies it and taps “Paste the link”), enters their name.
5. Allow Location → Always, and Notifications.

Common questions

Someone shows as hours old. Their phone stopped reporting — usually the app was swiped away or Low Power Mode is on. Ask them to open SafeCircle; swipe right on their name in the Circle tab to send a reminder.

Purchase on another phone. Circle tab → Restore Purchases. With Apple Family Sharing on, one purchase covers the whole family.
